Grant Fund Information
The mission of the Louisiana Blue Foundation is to promote the wellness and wellbeing of Louisianians by supporting health-related causes. Learn more about our new grant programs and download the request for proposals.
Note: As of 2025, our LOI submission deadlines have changed to March 1 and September 1.

Innovation Grant
Up to $25,000
Innovation grants are made to innovative, new projects to improve the health and wellbeing of Louisianians.

Impact Grant
Up to $100,000
Impact grants are intended to help non-profit partners expand their impact to further improve the health and wellbeing of Louisianians or to address the immediate community needs after a disaster or crisis.

Community Health Improvement Grant
Up to $1 million
Community Health Improvement grants are made to community coalitions working together to address major public health concerns. This grant program requires a minimum one-to-one match (may come from multiple sources; up to one-half may be in-kind).
